We’ve been learning about the climate in the Mediterranean and contrasting it with our own so we built and set up our own weather station to monitor the temperature, wind and rainfall.
This week is assessment week so endeavour to make sure your child is in school unless they are seriously ill or contagious otherwise it will mean endless catch up time doing assessments away from class while the rest of the class get on with their lessons. Thank you.
This week we’ll be looking at why people go to the Mediterranean for their holidays, always a good topic to do when the nights are closing in and the days are getting colder! So have a chat with your child and discuss some of the pull factors of going there and possibly choosing to live there long term.
This week is anti bullying week so have a chat with your child discussing what bullying is and what bullying is not. Many of the tasks this week will surround this issue.
